www.jpUS.org is the first national directory of Justices of the Peace. It began in Connecticut in 2001, and as many members now hail from Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with a few from Vermont, Texas, South Carolina and Louisiana. www.jpUS.org aims to become the premier association representing the interests of Justices of the Peace nationally. A companion web address, www.findajp.com, is how people seeking a Justice of the Peace find one who meets their needs. Why

To qualify for membership, you must be a registered Justice of the Peace in one of the 50 states and agree to uphold the jpUS Code of Ethics. Cost*
